These are manufactured for critical space requirement, protection against indefinite immersion in water under specified conditions, protection against rain water and ingress of small, solid foreign bodies. Manufactured using electrolytic grade copper that is drawn, inline annealed and bunched on automatic machines to ensure flexibility and uniform resistance,
These are offered with following specifications:
- The conductor are insulated with a special grade of PVC on sophisticated co-extrusion lines
- Outer sheath consists of highly abrasion resistance PVC compound impervious to grease, oil and water.
- Double sheathed 3 cores & 4 cores round submersible cables.
- Double sheathed round 3 core and 4 core cables are better suited for heavy duty applications like sewage, slurry and dewatering pumps. The operating conditions require the sheathing to be able to withstand abrasion, prevent ingress of water and be resistant to acidic fluids and chemicals.
- PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 3 core flat submersible cable stranded copper conductors flat submersible cable : 1.0 Sq. mm to 50 Sq. mm.
- PCV insulated and PVC sheathed 3 core flexible copper conductor flat submersible cable conforming to IS : 694/1990. (0.50 sq. mm to 4.0 sq.mm )
